    Absolutely disgusting bunch of people. A family business - husband and wife so apparently that makes them respectable. They were unprofessional and twice we had to use them. Both of them could not get the simplest things correct - age, gender etc of those deceased. A revolting women who takes the details of what is required said first thing -you must pay up front, I ACTUALLY PAY ALL MY BILL UPFRONT. Not from Qeensland and we're not all descended from convicts. Another scruffy woman was conducting funerals. Even a backwater such as Queensland should have some professional standards.
